We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the ‘Elevate’ domain, which is responsible for improving overall client experiences and enhancing their Employer Branding to attract talents. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team consisting of a designer, engineers, data analysts, and product marketing managers. The team’s primary focus is on designing self-management solutions for Employer Brand assets, crafting immersive company profiles and job postings, and enhancing Employer Brand visibility.

As a Product Manager, you will be able to:

• Identify product opportunities and pain points to solve, by conducting user research and discovery activities

• Analyze the market and competitive landscape to ensure WTTJ is ahead of the curve

• Partner with design and engineering to craft and develop solutions aligned with the product roadmap and coordinate implementation

• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features, tasks and bugs resolution developments

• Define product requirements and document clear user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria

• Develop metrics and quantitative analyses to measure the success of existing and new features

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop a go-to-market strategy and launch plan

• Communicate release notes and product roadmap to internal and external stakeholders

• Proactively gather feedbacks from stakeholders (e.g. users, design team, engineering, product marketing) to iterate on your product

• 5+ years experience in a similar role, within a consumer-focused or SaaS product companies, and a demonstrated aptitude for hands-on engagement with technical aspects.

• Passionate about building world class consumer or SaaS products.

• Showing a great sensibility for Design & User experience in all things. In general, WTTJ puts a lot of attention on building well designed and attractive interfaces.

• Excellent communication skills in English and French (both speaking and writing) to collaborate and manage product stakeholders from various departments (Tech, Design, Data, Ops, Business..).

• Data-driven with an analytical mindset

• Good knowledge of agile methodologies and practices

• Eager to constantly learn and share their knowledge with peers
