We’re looking for a Production engineer to join our passionate team of four. Under the guidance of Tatiana, our Product Performance Manager, you’ll be on the front lines of making sure our products are flawless, on time, and on budget — from sourcing to delivery.

Your mission?
🎯 Boost product performance by improving supply reliability, enhancing features, and reducing after-sales issues.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• 📊 Monitor and update the demand planning

• 💸 Secure and negotiate our Bill of Materials (BOM)

• 🔍 Source new suppliers and components

• 📦 Manage purchases according to forecasts and demand plans

• 🏭 Lead product evolutions with factories (development, traceability, planning, communication)

• 📈 Evaluate product performance through KPIs (after-sales rate, client satisfaction, non-conformity rate at km0)

• 🔧 Identify and implement corrective actions with factories, carriers, fitters, and product engineers

• ✅ Ensure product conformity to specifications across all factories

• Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Method, or similar)

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management and project management

• Strong understanding
  of manufacturing processes and the challenges of a physical product
