This is a rare opportunity to join as our first SDR on the North American market and play a foundational role in building Naboo’s presence across the US and Canada.

Your Role

You will join the Sales team as an SDR Intern and get hands-on experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales from day one. Working closely with the SDR Team Lead and Account Executives, you will learn the full sales development cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, and pipeline generation across the US and Canada.
This is not a “get coffee and watch” internship. You will own real targets, talk to real prospects, and directly contribute to building Naboo’s presence on a new continent.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and research: Identify and qualify target accounts across North America using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and other sales intelligence tools

  • Run outbound campaigns: Write and execute multi-channel outreach sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn) to engage Mid-Market and Enterprise prospects

  • Conduct discovery calls: Get on the phone with Office Managers, HR Leaders, Executive Assistants, and Chiefs of Staff to understand their event needs and qualify opportunities

  • Support the sales team: Help prepare proposals, research venues and providers, and assist Account Executives on key deals

  • Contribute to the playbook: Document what works, share learnings with the team, and help refine our messaging for the North American market

  • Participate in strategy: Join sales meetings and contribute ideas on how to crack new verticals and accounts


Requisitos

Must-Haves

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (business, communications, marketing, or related field)

  • Native or bilingual English speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Determined, curious, and eager to learn the fundamentals of B2B sales

  • Comfortable picking up the phone and talking to strangers

  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once

  • Hands-on attitude with a genuine desire to contribute to an ambitious project

  • Legal authorization to work in Canada

Nice-to-Haves

  • First experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (even part-time or student jobs count)

  • French language skills (a plus for the Montreal office, not required)

  • Interest in the corporate events or hospitality industry

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) or sales engagement platforms
