Why this role exists
Naboo is growing fast. And to keep growing, we can’t just buy visibility — we have to build it, with the right people, over time.
Our partner network — Hosts, activity providers, restaurants — is one of our brand’s most powerful assets. Every partner is an audience, a source of credibility, a gateway to new customers. But this network doesn’t grow on its own. It has to be cultivated: through content, value exchanges, consistent presence, and real relationships.
This role exists because we’re looking for someone who can turn partnerships into a sustainable growth engine — through SEO, branding, and CRM. Not someone who manages a contact spreadsheet. Someone who understands that behind every partner, there’s a story worth telling and an audience worth activating.
What you’ll do
1. SEO & Partnerships
You’ll help make our partner network a driver of organic growth.
Identify and develop Host partnerships that generate qualified traffic (e.g. Longchamp, event venues, unique spaces)
Build a backlink strategy with our Host partners
Produce and optimize SEO content: articles, partner pages, venue guides
Track and analyze partner-driven traffic and propose ways to improve it
KPIs: backlinks secured, Host SEO traffic, partner page rankings
2. Host Branding
You’ll build the Host brand image and make it compelling enough to attract new partners.
Define and bring to life the key Host messaging: why join Naboo, how partners are showcased
Drive Host content on LinkedIn: posts, venue spotlights, partner interviews
Coordinate photo and video shoots to strengthen the visibility of partner spaces
Maintain consistency between what we promise and what we show
KPIs: LinkedIn reach, sign-up rate via branding channels, engagement on Host content
3. CRM & Host Nurturing
You’ll turn existing partners into active ambassadors and reduce churn.
Optimize the Host loyalty program: benefits, perceived ROI, long-term engagement
Manage email sequences: onboarding, follow-up, reactivation
Produce the Host newsletter (editorial + data-driven — not a corporate bulletin)
Improve onboarding landing pages and forms to maximize completion rates
KPIs: onboarding rate, form completion rate, open/click rates, Host retention
Who you are
You’re currently studying (bachelor’s, master’s, business school) or recently graduated in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. English is non-negotiable — our international expansion runs in English, and so do many of our partners. French is of course also required.
You’re not afraid to take on responsibility quickly. You want to understand how an international startup is built, not just check tasks off a list. You use AI as a speed lever, not a shortcut to avoid thinking. You’re comfortable switching between content, data, and human relationships in the same week.
A first experience in marketing, partnerships, or content is a plus — but what matters most is curiosity, rigor, and the drive to do things that actually matter.
What you’ll learn
This internship or apprenticeship will give you a hands-on understanding of what it means to build a partner network at international scale. You’ll learn to run very different levers simultaneously — SEO acquisition, content production, CRM automation — and make them work together toward a single goal. You’ll develop real fluency with AI tools to move faster and produce better work, without ever losing sight of what makes a partnership genuinely solid: trust, mutual value, and time.
What this role is NOT
This is not a partnership administration role. We’re not looking for someone to maintain a CRM and send templated emails. Every touchpoint with a partner should have a reason to exist and a goal behind it.
This is not a social media management role where you schedule posts and call it a day. Host content on LinkedIn needs to earn its distribution — through relevance, substance, and a real point of view.
This is not a role where you wait to be told what to do. We want someone who spots opportunities, flags them, and moves on them. If your default mode is to wait for a brief, this probably isn’t the right fit.
This is not a role for someone who sees AI as a threat or a magic wand. We expect you to use it fluently — for research, drafting, analysis — while keeping the human judgment that makes partnerships actually work.
What success looks like after 2–3 months
Our Host partner network is growing — not just in size, but in engagement. New SEO partnerships are live and generating measurable traffic. The Host newsletter has a consistent rhythm and a growing open rate. Onboarding flows are smoother, and more partners are completing them. The marketing team feels genuinely supported on partner content and amplification. And you’ve already identified the next three things we should be doing.
Why join us
You’ll work at the center of how a growing tech company builds its partner ecosystem internationally. Not by sending mass emails, but by creating real connections that last. In a world flooded with automated outreach and AI-generated content, the ability to build genuine, high-value partnerships is becoming one of the most sought-after skills in marketing. This is where you start building it.
