On behalf of one of our clients, a leading group in dermo-cosmetics in Europe, we are looking for a Social Listening Expert as of October 2022.
Last year, the group kickstarted an ambitious digital transformation plan over 30 countries. Social listening stands as a key component, with a Social Performance Index as the next new standard for markets and brands to track & assess their social performance over time.

In this context, you will be the main contact person for local brand & market teams, in order to help them shape their social strategy built on consumer truth: social data.

Having the hands on the social listening tool – Brandwatch – on a daily basis, you’ll be the official provider of relevant social insights and social data sets.

Your key objectives: Social data Acculturation & Actionability

  • Support the ambitious transformation program, especially the Social Performance Index Deployment cycle
  • Support local brand teams to understand & adopt the Social Performance Index (how it is calculated and its value to better assess & monitor social media efforts against the competition)
  • Boost the adoption rate of Brandwatch tool amongst local brand teams
  • Show that social data is a key enabler of a successful modern social media strategy, not only in one-off but on a daily basis.
  • Animate brands and markets around social listening & social insights to keep them on-boarded on the long-run.
  • Take Social listening, then Social in general a step further within the whole organization (brands , countries) and use your enthusiasm and talent to open new uses (topic-centered, audience profiling) and new content (reactive, responsive) to definitely make Social a business asset for the group.

Your role: Evangelisation - Training - Advisory

  • Be the owner of the Social Performance Index adoption & monitoring over time.
  • Provide ad hoc support & tailor-made solutions depending on brands and markets needs.
  • Be the main contact of the social listening tool Brandwatch to optimize the set-up and UX of dashboards and reports ; and even trigger innovative features to capture additional data that would be relevant for brands and markets.
  • Be the main contact of Netino, the partner in charge of Data Quality.
  • Be the evangelist of social listening & social insights as a way to monitor social performance on the one hand, to sharpen consumer intelligence on the other hand.
  • Be the official provider of social insights to brands & markets
  • Enhance and ensure tool adoption amongst brands and markets
  • Create of all the promotional assets and required training tools (videos, webinars, etc.) to enhance social listening benefits in terms of tracking & insights. Identify and share brand/market best-in-class initiatives in order to create emulation around social among teams.
  • Support and upskill brands and markets, as key users and internal stakeholders
  • Define, craft and provide ad hoc and standard reports dedicated to brands and markets, including audiences profiling and development of a customer-centric social listening

Requisitos

• Master’s degree preferred;
• +2 years of experience in Social media management, inculding social listening expertise development;
• A previous experience in a digital agency or digital platform is preferred;
• Proactive temperament, strength of proposal, working independently, with a lot of freedom of action;
• Strong communications skills and ability to communicate confidently with senior-level leaders and diverse range of partners;
• Ability to balance between a robust analytical capability and strong relationship skills;
• Perfectly at ease in English and French.
