Who are they?
WITH is a digital partner of a new kind, launched in 2015 in Paris, 2017 in Madrid and now in Geneva. They already count more than 90 talents after 7 years in business, and were proud to finish 2020 with a 30% growth and 25 new long-term hires, despite COVID.
WITH Paris is focused on marketing consultancy and implants around 4 intertwined verticals, counting amidst the hottest topics in the current marketing revolution: China, eCommerce & Amazon, Social Marketing and Science & Innovation.
The WITH Paris teams follow a unique model, as their talents comprise consultants, called “client partners”, but also “implants”, experts they hire and place amongst their clients’ teams.
WITH Madrid’s focus is on innovation and technology, offering a combination of engineers, data analysts, UX/UI & PMO/PO in order to audit, create, build and manage complex digital projects.
Their main clients include: Danone group, L’Oréal, Coty, LVMH (incl. Parfums Christian Dior), Bacardi Martini, Pierre Fabre, Crédit Agricole Payment Services, Cartier and Total amongst others.
For an international luxury brand, you will be directly reported to the Director of Innovation. We are currently looking for a candidate to actively participate in:
- STRATEGY & OPERATIONS
- Strategic & operational support to the brand’s Director of Innovation, to develop & execute comprehensive innovation, eCommerce, Omnichannel & Digital transformation strategies aligned with the brand’s business objectives
Sourcing, assessment and selection of the best portfolio of partners from Startups to GAFAs (VIVA TECHNOLOGY, Station F, CES, Web Summit…) fitting with the brand’s business priorities
Partnerships & collaborations management with external organizations, startups, and industry experts
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products and services from ideation to launch
- MARKET RESEARCH & ANALYSIS
Market research, usage analysis & technologies to identify emerging trends & potential areas for innovation impacting luxury, fashion & retail industry
Measure and report on the impact of innovation efforts (KPIs)
- IMPLEMENT PROOF OF CONCEPT/ PILOTS
- Drive product roadmap for exploratory POCs around innovation and R&D with the right partners
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Innovation Management, Engineering or a related field
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a role ideally focused on innovation or digital transformation within the luxury or high-end consumer goods sector
Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or services
Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies
Excellent communication & Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creativity and continuous improvement
Extended network of innovation partners, from startup CEO, tech leaders to innovation agencies
