Coty is one of the world’s leading beauty company. A global leader on fragrances, and on salon hair and color cosmetics.
Coty has an ambitious e-retail expansion plan as online beauty e-commerce grows double digit globally year-on-year.

Coty has appointed WITH to fill in an e-retail content expertise role as part of the e-commerce team, under the supervision of the e-Commerce center of excellence director.
In one sentence, the mission is the following: increase the content output for the brands, as a crucial enabler of growth, as well as measure the footprint of the effort.

  • Creation and output of e-retail contents
    o Work hand in hand & coordinate with both brand teams and agencies
    o Check quality (ensure contents match industry standards & guidelines/specs), pertinence and timely delivery of contents produced
    o Benchmark other brands to ensure we have best in class / most advanced material
    o Ensure contents are found and used properly by markets
    o Ensure correct e-merchandizing in markets
    o Oversee implementation of PIM
    o Monitor budget

  • Implement online tracking solution for online perfect store
    o Help in setting up solution & rules/KPIs (Global + Local)
    o Track KPIs with markets to rapidly identify and fix outages
    o Issue quarterly reports to report progress on key markets (China, US, UK, Germany)

The role also implies to document internal and external best practices, work on the financial reporting matrix, establish modeling approach: econometrics, sample drive-to e-retail, attribution models, brand salience and broadly explore the role of e-commerce in the marketing mix of the brand.

Requisitos

A combination of hard skills:

  • Beginner with e-commerce internships, and up to 2 years of experience
  • Internships or first experience on either (ideally both) content strategy and indirect e-commerce.
  • Interested by the beauty market with an opinion on the current e-commerce usability/experience standards of the category

And soft skills:

  • Enthusiast can-do attitude and passionate about the ever-evolving digital landscape
  • Capacity to manage several project streams with great care and attention
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize
  • Analytical mind with excellent communication skills
  • Driven mindset, self-motivated to work autonomously
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written, is an absolute must

Mission is located in the middle of Paris at the HQ of our client.
