The technical team

The team in constantly growing, maintains an agile approach that allows each member to work on projects they are passionate about, although this sometimes involves venturing into new technologies, we offer training to facilitate these transitions.

Based on Extreme Programming, our processes are defined to ensure that goals are realistic and deadlines are reasonably achievable.

We encourage participation in open-source projects, which not only involves coding but also the opportunity to share our innovations and beliefs. Of course, we are driven by innovation and strive to evolve with the technologies.

The responsibilities

We are looking for a Full-stack developer with a curious and responsible mindset, to join our team of developers.

A significant amount of the work we do is to create products from scratch over a few weeks or months. Another significant part is to take care of existing projects by maintaining the stack and implementing new features.

In this context, your missions will be the following:

  • Participate to the development of new services/applications

  • Own any part of the solution (front/back)

  • Work hand in hand with the peer coders, project managers and designers

As a developer, you will help your peers to grow and you will work with the CTO and tech lead to improve our software toolbox as well as make sure developers respect our coding best practices.

Our favorite stack is based on:

  • Django (for APIs), Wagtail (for CMS), Oscar (for e-Commerce)

  • Svelte/VueJS/Nuxt (for front-ends)

  • Flutter (for apps)

  • PlayCanvas (for 3D)

  • SwiftUI / RealityKit /ARKit 5 (For augmented reality in Apple)


Requisitos

The experience

In order to perform this mission, you will need at least 4-5 years of significant experiences in development and preferably web development. You are required to be proficient in Web technologies and in particular:

  • Django backend framework

  • Any JS frontend framework (eg. Vue.JS/Svelte/React)

Besides, these are the skills we like:

  • An overall technical culture.

  • Personal projects (a GitHub page?).

  • Ease with Agile methods (especially Extreme Programming).

  • Motivation, curiosity and autonomy.

  • Ease to talk with clients.

  • Mastered technical English (English is our work language).

The process

Our recruitment process includes two tests that will test your skills, but in a fun way so that you can show us your knowledge:

Upon successfully completing the test, you are guaranteed to have your ticket for the interviews with the technical lead in our offices. After which you will receive a formal proposal and hopefully followed by the hiring and welcome party!

The entire process is typically done in less than a week.
