Within our Digital Marketing and Upskilling team of experts, you will participate in the reflection and implementation of the strategic roadmap of one of our clients, a global leading group in the beauty industry, for an ambitious international Digital Upskilling and Transformation Program. This program covers most digital marketing trends and key topics.

You role will be to support the team dedicated to defining and managing this project, especially:

• Support the coordination of Digital upskilling content production, between WITH different teams of experts

• Participate in the organization of the training sessions, before, during and after the online training sessions

• Coordinate the materials that will be further developed and used as e-learning materials

• Be in charge of editing videos, from 1 to 2-hour sessions to ready-to-use upskilling videos, focussing on specific topics and integrated in our client Learning Management System, on shelf for their international teams

• Ensure a permanent competitive intelligence and benchmarks for digital marketing trendy topics and e-learning innovations (tools, formats, etc)

Bac +4/5 - ongoing academic track in a business school or university education (IEP, Celsa, etc) Passion for digital and more broadly the evolution of brands and consumer habits;
Video editing skills and ability to manage digital formats Proactive mindset, ability to think out of the box and
Strong curiosity, excellent interpersonal skill set and dynamism are essential to flourish in this position; Oral and written eloquence and strong synthesis and analytical skills
