On the behalf of one of our clients, a cosmetics company, we are looking for a Community Manager to join the WITH team. You will be in charge of accompanying the brands in animating its presence on all social media platforms and developing its relationship with its online communities.

MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position, the WITH implant will help the brand into different roles as detailed below:

_ Manage the brand’s relationship with its communities of fans and users, foster conversations and moderates if necessary, always following the brand’s DNA, specific standards and tone of voice
_ Utilize data to refine strategies and continuously improve community engagement efforts
_ Build and refine community management guidelines and processes to ensure consistency and alignment with brand values.
_ Support the development of the brand’s presence and awareness on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Linkedin etc)
_ Address issues raised within the communities, such as pre- or post-sales service, suggestions, ideas or criticism, manage and raise awareness regarding the brand’s e-reputation.
_ Respond to comments and direct messages across various social media channels, maintaining a positive and engaging tone.
_ Coordinate & align with the marketing launches and animations strategy and calendar on the main markets to address and develop concepts, contents to relevant tribes to reach. Follow with the local teams and social media and creative agencies to produce relevant storytelling and formats fitting to each platforms needs;
_ Follow the creative process with the brand Product Marketing and Content teams to deliver relevant assets to animate the social media. Facilitate the understanding of the platforms’ needs, provide benchmarks, do’s & don’ts to ease the asset conceptions.


Requisitos

_ Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Digital, Social Media, Communication, Project Management or related field
_ Experience in Community Management and Social Media Management in the beauty/luxury/fashion industries
_ Good understanding of the beauty, fashion and luxury industry and brands
_ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
_ Excellent soft skills to manage trilateral relationships, drive all cross-functional teams at the same pace to deliver results.
_ Extremely detail-oriented, well organized, strong problem-solving skills and ability to think out of the box to deliver creative solutions
_ Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently with senior-level leaders
