We are recruiting a student to support the administrative team of WITH Paris and to accompany our current team of about 55 people based in Paris. This role involves a variety of tasks, which are central to the life of the office.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a service or consulting company and preferably in a creative environment. This role requires an open, curious and dynamic personality, eager to learn and discover the many facets of our business.


Requisitos

1- FINANCE, ADMIN & HR

  • Invoicing: drafting of customer invoices and follow-up of their payment, reminders in case of unpaid invoices, registration and verification of customer details.

  • Assistance to the Operations manager: updating of employee files, management of arrivals & departures, work permit requests for foreign employees, payroll management, management of the HRIS tool (absences and vacation planning).

  • IT management and creation of a follow-up of the computer park.

2- OFFICE ANIMATION & SUPPLY

  • Support in the animation of the office life and promotion of conviviality within WITH: listening to the needs of the teams and the CODIR in terms of animation of the office (recurrent events: birthday, cultural celebration, seminars or specific: arrival of customers, collaborative workshops)

  • Support the organization of events, define and ensure the stock of food products, office supplies.
