We work on various projects such as ticket forecasting and pricing, 3D optimization of air freight or scraping competitor prices. Our applications are the preferred tool of companies such as SNCF, United Airlines, Qatar Airways or even PSG to visualize, analyze and optimize their capacity.

The company, profitable and self-financed since its creation 10 years ago, is mainly composed of engineers and experts and currently supports the growth of our business model based on "software-as-a-service" solutions.

Eventori is our solution dedicated to the sports and entertainment industry.
We are building the next-gen all-in-one ticketing solution integrating access control, front office, CRM, resale platform and revenue management. Leveraging our expertise in machine learning, data visualisation, tech and yield management, we have the ambition to modernize ticketing and bring dynamic pricing in this industry.

Your missions 🚀

Eventori is our solution dedicated to the sport and entertainment industry. We are building a leading solution for ticketing, access control and optimization. We are developing a SaaS solution, with a focus on data, and the ambition to make revenue management a new standard of the industry.

The position fits in the Product team of Eventori. The overall team of Eventori is 15 people in total. You will work directly with the Product Manager, and the development team.

As the product team is growing, the role is based on 3 pillars: product ownership, QA, and Customer Success Management. The below list provides a summary, but depending on your profile and team needs, each item may not weigh the same in your typical day.

  • Product Ownership: drive our Agile (Scrum) development process by prioritizing, writing qualitative specifications, organizing and following development sprints, and making sure we deliver outstanding features with required level of quality. Team-up with the Product Manager and the Designer to design new features and deliver projects that support our vision and growth
  • Quality Assurance (QA): maintain and enrich our extensive test book, manage the pre-release testing period to ensure that we deliver the best and flawless solution possible
  • Customer Success Management: ensure a quality customer service by helping them in their daily use of the solution, organize demo of the new features released
  • Client Onboarding: ensure successful launch of new clients in collaboration with technical team


What we're looking for 🔍

  • Master degree or equivalent: end of cursus internship that may lead to permanent position
  • Training in software development or project management
  • Good communication skills in French and English (all the documentation is in English)
  • Above average in terms of rigor and autonomy (several topics to handle at the same time)
  • An understanding of sports related stakes would be appreciated
  • An understanding of technical aspects would be appreciated
  • Expected start: September 2025
