Descripción del puesto

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact…

Payroll & Compensation Management

  • Own the end-to-end payroll cycle: data collection, controls, validation, processing, and payment.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance (labor/tax & social security): on-time DSN and social declarations, accurate withholding and contributions.

  • Maintain payroll master data: contracts, salary changes, variable pay, benefits, and leave balances.

  • Coordinate payroll for onboarding/offboarding: set-up, prorations, provisioning, and accurate final settlements (solde de tout compte).

  • Issue accurate payslips and calculate end-of-contract items (indemnities, unused leave/RTT, etc.).

  • Administer benefits platforms (mutuelle/prévoyance, meal vouchers, mobility) and ensure interfaces with payroll.

  • Partner with HR & Finance and external stakeholders (auditors, legal counsel) to secure smooth operations.

  • Run recurring reconciliations and audits; investigate variances and resolve discrepancies promptly.

  • Improve processes via automation and standardization (checklists, templates);

  • Produce statutory and management reporting: payroll costs, headcount, compensation trends; support budgeting and audits.

  • Monitor occupational health & sick leave flows (visites médicales, arrêts) to ensure proper payslip treatment and declarations (CPAM/organismes).

  • Build and maintain training→payroll reporting pipelines (HRIS → payroll): reconciliation, and audit-ready compliance packs.

  • Keep HR registers & dashboards current: registre du personnel, DUERP, and monthly KPI packs.

Financial Administration & Processes Management

  • Oversee the processing and validation of supplier and client invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payments.

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including reconciliation of accounts and follow-up on outstanding payments.

  • Administer employee expense reports, verify compliance with company policies, and ensure timely reimbursement.

  • Coordinate with external accountants and finance teams to support monthly and annual financial closings.

  • Coordinate with external accountants to prepare and submit VAT declarations and other mandatory financial reports in compliance with legal requirements.

  • Maintain and improve financial administrative processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.

  • Monitor financial transactions to detect discrepancies or irregularities and ensure proper documentation.

  • Support budget monitoring and reporting activities by providing accurate financial data and insights.

  • Ensure that financial and administrative systems, such as PennyLane, Payfit and TravelPerk, are properly maintained and leveraged for accurate book-keeping and reporting.

  • Manage vendor relationships related to financial services and oversee contract compliance.
