Our Product team is growing, and we're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the journey and help us craft engaging, intuitive mobile experiences used by millions of users around the world.
You will work at the intersection of product, design, and technology, turning complex product challenges into simple, elegant solutions.
You will report to Thibaut Tanguy-Pereira, Head of UX/UI, alongside a second designer. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with Product Managers, engineers, business teams, and the Art Direction team to design experiences that drive user engagement and product growth.
As a Senior Product Designer at WeWard, you will:
Own product experiences end-to-end
Take full ownership of product problems, from early exploration with PMs and engineers, through defining user flows and interaction patterns, to delivering polished, implementation-ready designs
Prototype and iterate quickly to validate ideas early and ship the right solutions
Design engaging, habit-forming experiences
WeWard relies heavily on gamification and engagement mechanics : you'll design experiences that are simple, motivating, and delightful, helping millions of users build lasting habits around walking
Collaborate across teams
With PMs to frame the right problems and define solutions
With engineers to ship scalable experiences
With business teams who help shape product opportunities
With the Art Direction team to integrate illustrations and visual assets that enrich the product
Maintain a high level of design craft
Produce clear, thoughtful UX and polished UI across every surface
Contribute to the design system and uphold product consistency as we scale

You're the perfect match if…
Must-haves
5+ years of experience in Product Design in a startup or fast-paced environment, ideally working on products at scale
Strong mastery of Figma
Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite
Familiar with product research and analytics tools (Maze, Amplitude…)
User-first mindset : able to translate ambiguity into clear, elegant design decisions
Full ownership mentality, from problem framing to shipped experience
Clear communicator who collaborates naturally across disciplines and makes those around you better
A startup soul, hungry to make an indelible mark on a dynamic, mission-driven team
Fluent in English and French
Based in Paris, able to work on-site 3 days per week (Les Halles)
Nice-to-haves
Genuine interest in gamification and behavioral design
Experience designing mobile-first or large-scale consumer apps
Curiosity about AI-assisted design workflows, especially for automating repetitive design tasks in Figma
