About us

Our cofounder, who previously led the financial department in another company, experienced the pain around procurement processes and the lack of clarity and information. To solve this, he founded Najar in 2021.

In just a few years, we’ve grown to several millions in ARR supporting 180+ customers in France and across Europe in their procurement journey, growing the team to 60+ people (including remote employees).

Following a successful Seed funding round and a Series A of €15 million led by 13Books, Portage and Tomcat, we are focused on continuing our growth and expanding our impact in the market.

We have the ambition of being the leading procurement solution in France, and Europe. Our goal is to become the strategic partner for businesses, their Architect of Trust.

Your Role at Najar

As Najar continues to scale, marketing plays a key role in strengthening our brand, supporting sales, and driving growth.

We are looking for a Content Marketing Intern to support our Product Marketing & Content team in producing and managing high-quality marketing assets. This role is essential to help the team execute day-to-day content initiatives while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

You will work closely with the team of 2, to support social media execution, content production, and operational marketing requests from different teams across the company.

This role is ideal for a hands-on and curious profile who enjoys both content creation and operational execution, and who wants to gain experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.


Requisitos

Your Responsibilities 🎯

  • Social media execution: Help manage and execute Najar’s social media calendar by researching topics, drafting posts, and creating simple visuals aligned with our brand voice.

  • Content production: Support the creation and editing of English marketing content, including social posts, blog articles, and other marketing materials.

  • Design support: Create simple design assets (social visuals, slides, videos, marketing materials) using tools such as Canva or Figma.

  • Operational marketing support: Handle day-to-day content and design requests from other teams & departments as well as writing and submitting external award and event applications.

  • Localization coordination: Support translation and localization projects with external freelancers. Including support on reviewing French translations.

  • Content organization: Maintain and structure the marketing and sales content library to keep assets accessible and up to date.

  • Brand consistency: Ensure all produced assets follow Najar’s design and messaging guidelines.

What We’re Looking For 🔍

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Intern who is curious, organized, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Media, or a related field

  • A first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in a SaaS startup, ideally in content marketing, digital marketing, or communications

  • Strong writing skills, able to produce clear and engaging content aligned with a brand tone of voice without over reliance on AI

  • Ability to create simple design assets using Canva, Figma, or similar tools

  • Strong organization and attention to detail, able to manage multiple small requests simultaneously

  • A hands-on and proactive mindset, comfortable in a fast-moving environment

  • Experience in video editing is a plus.

  • Native English required (written and spoken), with professional French proficiency (C1)

📍 Based in Paris, with regular presence in the office to collaborate with the Marketing team.
