Organization and methodologies

  • Tech Team organized by squad and managed by a Lead Developer.
  • According to the squad : one or two weeks sprints based on agile methodology.
  • Sprint planning every Monday morning and review every friday afternoon with the Product Manager.
  • Daily stand-ups to identify task of the day and the pain points.
  • Pull Requests are alaways checked by a squad member.

Recruitment process

1st step : first call with Emma, our Talent Acquisition Manager.

2nd step : interview with Rémi, Engineer Manager.

3rd step : immersion in our offices (Paris or Lyon) : technical test, culture fit with Loïc, our CTO, product demo and lunch with the team.

4th step : reference check and job offer.
