Our Corporate teams support the company’s performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent acquisition, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.
We are looking for an Indirect Buyer to lead global negotiations on indirect spend and drive subsequent savings.
You’ll be focusing on the following indirect categories : IT, HR, Consulting & Marketing. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll identify existing contracts, tools and needs, manage renewals, rationalize usages, renegotiate and put in place MSAs when accurate.
You’ll also work on new procurement projects (from needs definition to final negotiation and go live). You will conduct regular benchmarks per category.
Contribute to digitization of the procurement process, & more broadly of the Finance department, through the implementation of a Purchase-to-Pay tool. You will have a key role in the deployment of the platform and its adoption across BUs. You’ll also have to be able to run spend analysis thanks to available data in the tool in order to support category strategies.
