As a Junior Project Consultant in VIE, you will be involved in carrying out various missions, including project management for our clients and supporting the office manager in the subsidiary's development:

Client Missions:

Project management, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements:

Planning and budget management

Client communication management

Supporting Teams on Projects:

Preparation and facilitation of workshops

Monitoring and coordination of teams

Quality control and user support

Potential configuration tasks on various tools

Office Development:

Creation of customized offer materials

Framing and creation of commercial support elements (videos, mockups, and other materials)

Various support activities (Onboarding employees, strategic presentations...)

This list is not exhaustive and may evolve based on your comfort level, specific project needs, and your curiosity.

  • You are looking for a VIE position to explore an international experience with a company that offers the possibility of permanent employment afterwards. Endowed with a truly autonomous and organized temperament, you are curious and quick to understand, and you have the ambition to take your clients and colleagues far.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience where you have been able to develop your skills in: Digital consulting services, IT project methodology, and especially CRM understanding and its applications.
  • Knowledge of the Swiss market, as well as the world of retail and luxury in general, is a plus.
