Position

In collaboration with a Practice Manager or Engagement Manager, your objective is to contribute to brand development by leveraging your business and functional skills in Salesforce solutions to successfully deliver high-value projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in pre-sales activities and participate in the implementation of projects addressing our clients' digital transformation challenges. 

Lead the understanding, analysis, and definition of the solution. 

Prepare and facilitate workshops with the client to better define their needs. 

Manage client expectations to propose sustainable solutions. 

Draft functional and technical specifications, establish a blueprint. 

Be responsible for project design and deliverable quality, platform design (configure and/or supervise), and customer journey setup. 

Design applications, data models, mock-ups, and solutions. 

Design the data model for the campaign management tool. 

Manage interactions (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio). 

Assist the client in developing the Solution Roadmap and anticipate future project iterations. 

Be proactive, propose ideas, and present and defend recommendations. 

Promote VO2 Force's marketing activity to clients to develop business. 

Profile

You hold a Master's degree (BAC+5) in business/communication/engineering, with at least one successful and significant experience in implementing marketing automation solutions using Audience Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, or Content Builder.

You understand the platform's limitations and ideally hold at least one marketing certification: Marketing Cloud Admin / Marketing Cloud Consultant / Marketing Cloud Dev. You have a good grasp of marketing processes and customer journeys across various industries. Technical proficiency in SQL/AMPscript and HTML concepts is a plus.

Your strong customer service orientation, initiative, ability to work in a team, and comprehensive project management vision will be assets for success in this role. You excel in communication, active listening, and challenging business and IT teams.

You are fluent in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills. You can articulate your viewpoints and challenge stakeholders to guide them towards the best solutions for their needs.
