As Digital Media Strategist to the CEO, you’ll work at the heart of our leadership team and play a critical role in ensuring Via runs smoothly at the highest levels. This is not a traditional administrative role - you’ll be a strategic partner, trusted operator, and key communicator. In addition to driving executive operations, you’ll shape how the Via and its leaders show up publicly: managing socials, creating compelling materials, and liaising with external stakeholders and the media. This role has an in-person expectation of 4–5 days per week

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a right-hand partner to Via’s CEO, acting as an extension of their time, energy, and judgment
  • Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination across time zones with precision and thoughtfulness
  • Manage and elevate the CEO’s and company’s social media platforms by creating compelling content, executing a cohesive social media strategy, and tracking and optimizing engagement to strengthen brand and executive presence.
  • Track and analyze data from social media platforms, web traffic, and other sources to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Identify target demographics and develop tailored content to capture their attention and interest
  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends and platform changes to ensure content is continuously optimized for performance 
  • Develop compelling decks, briefing documents, talking points, and communication materials for both internal and external audiences
  • Prepare for high-stakes meetings: create agendas, materials, briefs, and follow-ups to ensure top-tier execution and communication
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism; maintain absolute confidentiality
  • Coordinate travel logistics and day-to-day operations
  • Build and refine scalable administrative processes that keep our executive function running like a well-oiled machine

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in tech, startups, or fast-paced environments is a plus
  • Skilled in social media management, content creation, and external communications; adept at building narratives that enhance executive and brand visibility 
  • Unflappable under pressure: you stay calm, clear-headed, and focused when the stakes are high
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented: nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
  • An exceptional communicator with strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment
  • A trusted partner and collaborative teammate who knows when to lead and when to follow
  • Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented: you’re always two steps ahead
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, juggling multiple priorities, and adapting on the fly

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable
  • Salary Range: $85,000 - $145,000 per year
