🚀 Your mission

As an International Project Manager, your role includes:

• Facilitating local impact development: Identifying local nonprofits, establishing partnerships, and sourcing impactful initiatives.

• Content creation in English: Designing and implementing awareness courses and communication on social and environmental issues that meet stakeholder expectations.

• Supporting international development strategy: Managing partnerships, identifying product needs, planning deployment strategies, and managing local ambassador networks.

• Expanding your network by meeting hundreds of CSR professionals who, like you, want to drive change from within.

• Having the opportunity to develop a genuine entrepreneurial project, strategizing the strategic links between Vendredi and Impact at Work.

• Becoming a true expert in CSR!

🎯 Objectives

1️⃣ Develop awareness courses on key CSR topics and regularly update them using Vendredi’s catalog:

• Monitor CSR topics (identify and define themes, track trends…)

• Synthesize and write content

2️⃣ Facilitate the communication of our content to companies and their employees:

• Contribute to creating communication kits

• Contribute to creating newsletters

3️⃣ Ensure the presence of nonprofits and volunteering opportunities on Vendredi through local sourcing or ambassador networks.

4️⃣ Ensure rapid (within 1 month) and satisfactory (CSAT > 8) deployment for each of our international clients.

You are looking for an internship starting in September 2024 and want to join an impactful organization ✊

Your qualities include:

• Creative mindset: you enjoy developing new ideas, creating, and writing…

• Rigor and organization: you can manage diverse projects and handle multiple subjects simultaneously.

• Autonomy and curiosity: learning new things excites and stimulates you.

• Familiarity with CSR principles, SSE, or engagement themes (environment, equal opportunities, disability, anti-discrimination…).

• Excellent command of written English;

• French proficiency, any other language is a BIG +

• Ability to coordinate priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
