WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT YOUR FIRST MONTHS?

Your main challenge will be to quickly master our processes and technical landscape so you can move past the learning phase. Within the first six months, we expect you to overcome any hesitation and take full ownership of your tasks—showing the boldness to act and make a real impact from day one.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN MISSION AS AN ADOPS & IN-STORE OPERATIONS CAMPAIGN MANAGER?

Within a dynamic team, you will play a key role in in creating, executing, and delivering advertising campaigns within the ad server. This role is a key point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, working with internal and external stakeholders. The AdOps is responsible also of the strategic development and operational coordination of the In-Store Network, ensuring proper campaign setup, delivery on KPIs, and a positive customer experience both online and in-store.

Since mastery of the Italian language is also essential for this position, the following mission details are presented in Italian.

In questo ruolo, le tue responsabilità includeranno:

  1. Ad Operations & Analisi

  • Analisi Pre-Campagna e Setup: Supportare il team vendite attraverso analisi pre-campagna finalizzate a validare la fattibilità tecnica, la disponibilità dello stock e la creazione di strategie efficaci. Effettuare il trafficking accurato delle campagne, assicurando un setup strategico e puntuale all'interno dell'ad server.

  • Pacing e Ottimizzazione: Supportare il team vendite nell'esecuzione, nel monitoraggio e nell'ottimizzazione delle campagne, per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di performance.

  • Reporting e Analisi Post-Campagna: Elaborare report e dati, conducendo analisi post-campagna per riassumere le performance ed estrapolare i principali key learnings in modo da fornire insight ai clienti e al team di vendita.

  • Best Practice: Apprendere e applicare le best practice lavorando a stretto contatto con il team Ad Operations.

  1. Operazioni In-Store e Coordinamento

  • Supporto Operativo e Coordinamento: Fornire supporto strategico e operativo al team commerciale, concentrandosi sulla gestione e lo sviluppo del network nazionale (attività di rollout, espansione e fidelizzazione dei partner).

  • Supporto alle Vendite e Sviluppo dell'Offerta: Collaborare con il team vendite per definire e sviluppare l'offerta commerciale e partecipare attivamente alla pianificazione del budget di vendita e alle attività di previsione relative al network in-store.

  • Gestione degli Stakeholder e dei Fornitori: Supportare la gestione diretta delle relazioni con clienti e stakeholder durante le fasi di onboarding e attivazione dei servizi in-store. Assistere nel coordinamento dei fornitori con un focus su qualità, tempistiche e controllo dei costi per materiali tecnici e materiali di consumo.

Ricerchiamo un profilo motivato che voglia crescere in un ambiente stimolante, sviluppando competenze trasversali: dall’analisi data-driven nell’Advertising Digitale al supporto strategico nel Business Development interfunzionale.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking an confirmed profile (at least 1/2 years) in digital advertising and campaign management with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Your profile will be a perfect match for our environment if you recognize yourself in the following: 

  • Proven analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills with strong attention to detail. 

  • Eagerness to learn about publisher, ad tech, or agency ad-serving systems and in-store operational dynamics.

  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
