Job summary 

Valiantys is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract and hire top talent across North America. In this role, you will lead full cycle recruitment, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and ensure every candidate has a positive and inclusive experience. As a Talent Acquisition Generalist, you will also flex into supporting People Operations and People Experience during peak periods or special initiatives, contributing to a seamless People Team experience across Valiantys. 

Things you’ll be working on

-Manage full cycle recruitment across multiple functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and priorities

-Source, attract, and screen candidates through multiple channels to build high quality pipelines

-Provide insight into competitive salary bandings and candidate expectations to support strong and fair offer decisions

-Deliver hires on time and within approved budget and compensation guidelines 

-Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process 

-Support employer branding efforts in partnership with Marketing and the Talent and Experience team 

-Collaborate with People Operations and People Experience teams during peak periods or special projects such as onboarding, engagement activities, or operational process support 

-Work closely with TA peers in EMEA and APAC to share knowledge, tools, and best practices that support global consistency 

-Contribute to process improvements that enhance recruitment operations and the overall People Team experience

-How do we stay aligned with our global TA counterparts in EMEA and APAC to share best practices and operate effectively as one team?

-TA counterparts in EMEA and APAC to ensure global alignment and knowledge sharing 

-Global People Team members supporting tools, processes, and People strategy 

-Marketing partners for employer brand initiatives

-Experience as a Talent Acquisition Generalist with the ability to recruit across multiple role types 

-Excellent communication and relationship building skills Strong adaptability and willingness to step into People Operations or People Experience areas when needed 

-Solid understanding of market salary data and compensation dynamics 

-Ability to manage several priorities at once in a fast-paced environment 

-Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability 

-Commitment to delivering a positive, inclusive candidate experience

-Comfort working with international colleagues across EMEA and APAC
