Urban Campus continuously seek additional buildings to create new coliving campuses in up-and-coming neighborhoods in European main cities. Through partnerships with real estate investors, buildings can be acquired or let. The role of the Business Development Manager is to source these opportunities, secure the buildings, negotiate attractive economic/legal terms and support the transformation into operational campuses.
This is a demanding position with significant responsibilities and workload that required strong organization and negotiation skills. We therefore look for a highly talented and motivated individual with demonstrable experience and an established network of contacts. The position is based in Paris and will work very closely, and report, to Urban Campus’s Chief Development Officer.
