As a Financial Analyst your role will be to support our CEO and our Executive Committee in conceiving, modelling, presenting and executing new real estate investment programs with capital
partners.

You will be based in either our Paris or Madrid office.

Here is what will be expected from you as a Financial Analyst

Opportunity Analysis & Financial Modelling

• Provide in-depth analysis of multiple investment theses and market
• opportunities
• Develop and run well-structured financial models
• Prepare and present high-quality investment decks

Negotiations

• Draft term-sheets with legal counsels
• Lead Q&A sessions with advisers, capital partners and lenders
• Support contract negotiations

Investment Programs Execution

• Support Urban campus’ acquisition and operations teams
• Report to the Executive Committee and capital partners

Here are the must: 🎯

• Empathic, positive and enthusiast
• Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking).
• Highly analytical and quantitative, deal-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Complete fluency in French and English. Any other European language a plus.
• Has a minimum of 3+ years of demonstrable experience and track record in investment banking, private equity or real estate investment management.
• Has a Business or Engineering degree (or equivalent).
• You are at ease in a global environment working with colleagues, customers and partners across different countries.
