Inside the client success team, your role as a supply chain and inventory data manager is to ensure our different stock activities to guarantee the best service to our partner brands, marketplace but also customer. You are the key contact person inside the company regarding performance and stock and you oversee the development of all the tools associated with it.

Your main mission are the following ones:

Stock Management and demand planning for the fulfillment activity

·         Establish a retro planning and forecast of inbound/outbound of the different brands on the new and old collections with the different marketplace.

·         Monitoring of quality of stock data and sell through rate.

·         Secure stock on best sellers and identify sku with a low rotation and propose action plan

·         Dynamic planification of replenishment with partner brands

·         Inventory reconciliation between stock movement and theoretical stock of marketplaces

·         Management of any litigation related to stock in fulfillment (inbound/outbound and stock reconciliation discrepancies)

·         Management of defect return and quarantine storage in hands with the person in charge of the logistics.

Profitability and Billing control

·         In charge of control of bills related to fulfillment activities with Zalando and dropshipping with other marketplaces

·         Controlling all logistics costs to ensure profitability for all our partner brand.

Project Management:

·         Continuous improvement of current processes to improve productivity and profitability regarding stock management.

·         Work with the IT on the automation of processes to increase productivity and quality of services.

·         The list is non exhaustive.

You have a degree in engineering or in business school specialized in supply chain.

You had a first experience in supply chain related to data in stock and inventory management.  

Excel has no secret for you, and you are passionate about data and its management.

You are flexible, agile, and like to work in a fast-paced environment,

Autonomous, rigorous, and organized, you can be polyvalent, and you are highly responsive in case of emergency

You have a good communication skill and you like teamwork.

Bonus if you have worked before in the fashion or retail industry.

You speak English (mandatory), Spanish and French (bonus)
