Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Social Relations Manager will support TCS France’s transformation toward a strong growth dynamic.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Ensuring the application of legislation regarding individual and collective labor law.

  • Develop a new “project-oriented” social dialogue in collaboration with the HR Director and their team.

  • Prepare and co-lead meetings with the Works Council (CSE), the Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Commission (CSSCT), and other CSE commissions.

  • Prepare and co-lead meetings with trade unions during negotiations.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of social policies.

  • Enhance the company’s internal image by promoting communication related to HR dynamics.

  • Provide legal support on both collective/social relations and individual issues.

  • Prepare and monitor litigation cases in collaboration with our legal department and legal counsel.

  • Oversee compliance matters, acting as the interface with Group representatives on issues such as GDPR, data privacy, etc.

  • Develop a pedagogical approach with international stakeholders


Requisitos

With a Master’s degree (bac +5) in Social Law/Labor Law, you have at least 8 to 10 years of proven experience in social relations within a company, ideally including experience in an HR consulting firm or law firm:

  • Strong analytical skills
