We are looking for a ServiceNow Pre-Sales Solution Consultant passionate about innovation and digital transformation. You will play a key role in helping our clients understand their challenges, explore their needs, and design high-value ServiceNow solutions.


Requisitos

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

Business Development:

  • Participate in discussions with clients to understand their business and technology objectives.

  • Design and present customized ServiceNow solutions.

  • Lead demonstrations, workshops, and technical sessions.

  • Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and sales proposals.

  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Work with international teams to produce consistent proposals.

  • Mentor or guide junior colleagues.

  • Share best practices and enhance internal offerings.

Must-Have Competencies:

  • 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in ServiceNow pre-sales or consulting.

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules: ITxM, CMDB/Discovery, CSDM, CSM, FSM, TSOM, AppEngine…

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow technical capabilities (workflows, integrations, implementation methodology…).

  • Ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French & English).

Desired Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – preferred.

  • ServiceNow Pre-Sales accreditations – a plus.

  • CTA/CMA certifications – a bonus.

  • Active listening skills and ability to facilitate workshops.

  • Ability to propose relevant and pragmatic solutions.

  • Rigor, organization, and a strong customer service orientation.

  • Analytical skills and ability to quickly resolve complex problems.
