  • 🍔 About Taster

    🌍 Our Mission

At Taster, we are reinventing food to fit the world of today and tomorrow.

Our mission is to create innovative, high-quality and accessible food experiences, blending culinary creativity, operational excellence and cutting-edge technology.

We don’t just serve meals — we deliver a modern, flavorful and responsible experience.

  • 🚀 Our Vision

We aim to become a global reference in food experiences: a company that combines imagination, excellence and emotion to leave a lasting impression.

Just as entertainment has been transformed by creativity and innovation, we want to transform the way people experience food, by bringing together joy, innovation and community.

We are building a model where:

    • Our brands are as strong and iconic as those in culture and entertainment,
    • Technology makes every step seamless, from kitchen to customer,
    • Teams and partners share one ambition: to make food as magical as it is unforgettable.
  • 🧭 Why are we hiring?

Taster is a fast-growing foodtech company reinventing fast casual dining with strong brands such as Starsmash or Outfry. We also work with content creators and influencers to amplify our brands and connect with a wide audience.

As we expand in France, the UK and the Netherlands, we are strengthening our HR team. We are looking for an HR Assistant to support this growth, ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, and take part in key HR development projects.

  • 🤝 What will you do?

You will support the Head of HR on a wide range of activities, covering all stages of the employee lifecycle as well as HR projects:

    • Prepare and submit payroll variables to the payroll provider
    • Check payslips
    • Manage employee enrolment with benefits providers (healthcare, insurance, occupational health, etc.)
    • Organise and track medical checks
    • Monitor absences, sick leave and probation periods
    • Draft employment offers, contracts and end-of-employment documents
    • Manage meal vouchers and access badges
    • Maintain and archive employee records (digital and physical)

    Recruitment & onboarding

    • Support recruitment (posting job ads, screening applications, coordinating interviews)
    • Prepare administrative documents and input new hires in the HRIS
    • Organise onboarding (welcome, equipment, internal communication)

    Training & development

    • Identify and liaise with training providers
    • Manage training funding applications with the OPCO
    • Track the implementation of the training plan

    Office management

    • Act as the main point of contact for office day-to-day needs
    • Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage supplies
    • Support the organisation of internal events

    HR projects & international support

    • Contribute to HR development projects (digitalisation, employee experience, new policies)
    • Support the alignment of HR practices across France, UK and the Netherlands
    • Conduct legal watch and support updates of HR policies
  • Why join us?

    • 🚀 A profitable foodtech scale-up with ambitious goals.
    • 🌎 An international environment (Paris & London) built on values chosen by employees: Quality, Innovation, Community.
    • 🤍 A culture of collaboration, growth and humility — we care about people as much as about code.
    • 🏠 Hybrid work: 2 days remote per week + central Paris offices surrounded by great food.
  • What we’re looking for

    • First experience in HR (internship or apprenticeship accepted)
    • Strong sense of confidentiality and respect for sensitive data
    • Organised, detail-oriented and reliable
    • Excellent communication and writing skills
    • Proficient in Google Workspace / MS Office, ideally with HRIS experience
    • Curious, motivated, and eager to contribute to international projects in a fast-moving environment
    • Fluent english
