Benoit joined the Talentoday team in September of 2017 and has been working in the software industry for 10+ years. In terms of education, Benoit’s background is in mathematics, in which he pursued a PhD in mathematics that combined probability theory, machine learning and statistics.

When Benoit isn’t leading the tech team, pushing product innovation or collaborating with the leadership team, you may find him spending time with family or sailing.

After working for the parent company for 4 years, Daniela moved from Arizona to Paris to join the Talentoday team in the spring of 2019. She has her Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and has brought her expertise to the Science and Innovation team.

Her missions vary based on client needs, collaborating with multiple departments to support and push product innovation. From creating new reports, to coordinating language translations for Talentoday's global community, she's working to enhance the customer experience.

Daniela is always looking forward to the new opportunities that the Talentoday team will get to experience as they grow and expand!

With an entrepreneurial spirit, Othmane completed a Master’s degree in entrepreneurship/entrepreneurial studies from EM Strasbourg Business School. Being passionate about both HR and EdTech, Othmane started his career working in recruitment and joined the Talentoday team in July of 2018.

Since then, he has been using his passion and past experience to support Talentoday’s core purpose of empowering growth through driving sales, as well as locking arms with the customer success team to present and support client feedback.
