As a Legal Officer, you will be part of the Legal department. Among others, your tasks will typically be the following:

• Provide legal support to the Management of the Bank as well as to other entities of the Group, in particular Yuh Ltd
• Provide legal analysis of new services and activities
• Participate in various regulatory and other projects
• Review, negotiate and draft contracts and/or any other documentation
• Take care of litigation matters or complaints
• Prepare legal research on banking & financial law and monitor regulatory changes

• 1-3 years of experience as a jurist/lawyer in the Banking industry, in a Big 4 or a law firm with focus on commercial law
• Master degree in Swiss Law. Swiss bar exam is an asset
• Excellent knowledge in French and English. Very good knowledge of German is an asset
• Demonstrate success in drafting and reviewing contracts, as well as conducting litigation matters
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong team-working and collaboration skills
• Ability to monitor your own workload and meet work objectives
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
• Self-motivated and proactive
