- Being involved in the recruitment process: drafting and posting job descriptions, in-depth sourcing of candidates using recruitment tools, pre-screening, interviewing candidates, references
- Actively sourcing and screening candidates on professional networks for different positions in our organization
- Supporting HR projects: organization of workshops, collection of feedback, survey preparation
- Supporting the team on analytics: provide recruitment analysis and work on reporting
- Conducting administrative tasks related to talent management
Requisitos
- University degree preferably in HR, Business Administration or Hospitality Management
- Ideally University internship, exchange internship or gap year internship
- Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
- Eagerness to learn, self-starter and proactive personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing and verbal skills in English and in French
- Proficiency in the use of Excel
