Main responsibilities

-          Work directly with the business across the whole company, analyze and understand their requirements

-          Create effective dashboards and reports using Tableau

-          Manage the Tableau server instance (server administration, Data Access management, etc.)

-          Promote Tableau across the company

-          Identify, train and assist new Tableau Champions

Other responsibilities

-          Develop new ETL processes (Integration Services) and improve the existing ones

-          Manage the Data Warehouse integrity controls

-          Help the internal customers with their BI related requests (data analysis, data extractions, etc.)

-          Create new database structures, improve and enrich the current Data Warehouse content

-          Take care of the team internal support (~10% - 15% of your time)

Skills

-          Very good communication and interpersonal skills

-          Strong problem solving capabilities

-          Strong knowledge in reports development using Tableau

-          Strong knowledge in Tableau server administration

-          Strong knowledge in Business Intelligence concepts

-          Good knowledge in Oracle databases and PL/SQL

-          Good knowledge in the SQL Server BI suite (SSRS, SSIS and SSAS) is a plus

-          Good English written and verbal skills.

Experiences

-          Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or judged equivalent

-          5-year experience as a Tableau specialist (developer, administrator or equivalent)

-          Open-minded, team player, rigorous and autonomous

-          Ability to work both in team and autonomously

-          Interest for the trading and banking industry (but no previous knowledge required)
