As a member of our Global Sales HQ Department, you will perform a wide range of tasks aimed at growing the business by providing best-in-class service to the Bank’s existing clients, as well as supporting sales missions to acquire new ones.

Role Description:

  • Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and business partners,
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities,
  • Actively acquire new clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings,
  • Support the LATAM Desk with onboarding new clients,
  • Manage initial contact and continuous follow-up with prospects in coordination with the LATAM/Spanish team,
  • Be available to travel to meet business partners and VIP clients when necessary,
  • Provide comprehensive support to all Business Development team members and the Head of Desk to ensure high service levels and achievement of team targets,
  • Review account forms to ensure data accuracy and completeness for account openings,
  • Conduct customer due diligence and perform client identification via video conference,
  • Coordinate with other departments (Legal & Compliance, Client Register, Central Data, Payments) to ensure smooth account opening and funding processes,
  • Report directly to the Head of the Team.

Requisitos

  • Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus),
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role,
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Finance is  a plus,
  • Existing portfolio of clients, Introducing Brokers, or EAMs in Forex, CFDs, Cryptocurrencies, or Trading (a plus),
  • Strong knowledge of the LATAM market,
  • Understanding of leverage products, CFDs, and Forex,
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills,
  • An ambitious self-starter, eager to meet and exceed targets,
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment in a growing bank,
  • An open-minded, team-oriented spirit.
