We are looking for a Front-end developer React/Nextjs to join the Inno-Marketing team.

Your team 👥 :

You will be in the Inno-Marketing team at Swile and will report to the Head of Digital Marketing.

The Inno-Marketing team is owner of most of the technical projects in Swile’s Marketing team. We’re a team of web developers and digital marketing experts.

We blend our technical expertise with our passion for B2B marketing, while always keeping Business KPIs top of mind. Some call us the Growth team, we prefer to see ourselves as Marketers with Tech skills, hungry for Business. Our scope includes the development of web apps, Conversion rate optimization, Web tracking, Web analytics, Technical SEO, Marketing Ops…

Your role ⚙️ :

- You will be responsible for building engaging digital experiences from concept to launch. This position is instrumental in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and bolstering demand generation.

- Ideally, you are a web developer who has a passion for marketing and can incorporate B2B digital marketing best practices, and marketing technology expertise into your projects. Equally as important, you are willing to dive in to understand and solve problems.

- Because we are a Central team, we aim to build things that scale. We must think globally and ensure our operations can be deployed easily for different countries and new products.

Your mission 🔥 :

- Manage web apps features roadmap (Headless CMS / Nextjs / Typescript / Vercel)

Implement team backlog of requests

- Turn Figmas into usable, beautiful web assets that meet business and user needs

- Support implementation of new marketing technology (Interactive content, personalized experiences, tracking)

- Provide technical support related to product launches, campaigns, and digital marketing programs

- Code, test, document, and deliver scalable and reliable components and pages

- Make recommendations to solve ongoing business issues while optimizing our web apps

Requisitos

The ideal candidate to join the team 😍

- autonomous and passionate about web fundamentals and modern webdev

- strong knowledge of front-end React framework, and ideally Nextjs

- experience with a Headless CMS (Prismic, Strapi, Payload, Wordpress…)

- ability to work with Figma files and wireframes

- good communication skills, comfortable advocating internally for your own ideas, and can translate technical explanations to non-technical parties

- experienced: ideally 3-5 years experience as a web developer in a marketing team

- fluent in english

- Bonus points if you have knowledge in Python

Proceso de selección

Recruitment process 👫

- Screening interview: 30-45 minutes with Alizée, our recruiter

- Hiring manager interview: 1h with your future manager, Jerome Collomb, Head of Digital Strategy

- Tech case: 1h30 Peer programming test (coding algo, logic, tech culture, best practices…)

Swilers interview: 45 minutes / During this stage all our Swilers can be called in and contribute to a skills assessment of candidates (focus on culture and values). Interviewers will be able to meet candidates without cognitive bias and have constructive feedback on their interpersonal skills and know-how. Involving all of our employees in the success of our hiring process is an integral part of our culture and values

- Final Round: 45 minutes with Virginie Nevraumont, our VP Business Marketing
