We are seeking a driven and accomplished executive to lead our Strategy group. Reporting to Camille Tyan, our Deputy CEO, the role will be to drive our strategic planning as we scale the company. This role requires critical thinking, a deep understanding of fintech markets, strategic planning, and exceptional leadership abilities.

Main Tasks

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and manage the Strategy team (2–3 people)

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to support growth and performance

  • Foster a culture of analytical rigor and operational discipline

Planning

  • Own business plan (top line): Build and maintain the long-term revenue model, in line with the company’s strategy, capabilities, and market opportunities.

  • Set objectives: Collaborate with leadership to develop the annual strategic plan, define company goals, and translate them into quarterly departmental targets / OKRs.

  • Drive OKRs: Drive company-wide alignment by tracking key metrics across departments and leading business reviews and leadership forums.

Strategy

  • Explore opportunities: Gather insights from customers, teams, and market trends to build a pipeline of new segments, product offerings, and geographies.

  • Validate initiatives: Test strategic fit, product and compliance feasibility, and economic potential, engaging early prospects and running pilots where needed.

  • Design offerings: Build competitive pricing for each target segment that balance market relevance with financial objectives.

  • Define long-term roadmap: Turn validated initiatives into the 18–24 month roadmap, in line with priorities and resources, and hand over to GTM and Product teams for execution.


Requisitos

You’re a great match if:

  • Strong experience as a Head of or VP in strategic planning, product management within the fintech sector

  • You are a problem solver with a very structured approach

  • You are not afraid to build a department almost from scratch

  • You are hands-on, adaptable, and proactive, with a bias for action

  • You are a strategic thinker with excellent business acumen and outstanding organisational skills

  • You have a proven track record in managing strategic, cross-functional projects, and can juggle multiple priorities efficiently.

  • You excel at analyzing complex business data, metrics, and market trends within the fintech space.

  • You’re an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, and you know how to influence and negotiate effectively.
