As a Product Automation Intern, you will play a supporting role for operational teams in their daily work to help them improve their performance and address the future challenges that will arise with Swan’s development.
✨ Your mission
Your primary mission is to design new process automations as well as maintain and revamp existing ones. You will also be involved in the development of new Product features by assessing the impact over operational teams through data analysis, contributing to the implementation of the solution and its final release. You will work in collaboration with Product Managers, Operations and Risk teams.
✨ Main tasks
Design and implement new processes and automations to support the development of operational teams.
Contribute to the development and release of new automations and Product features.
Manage automations daily run to solve failures, investigate the root cause, provide solutions and ensure service continuity
Coordinate with other teams to ensure consistency amongst processes.
Map and document process automations used within operational teams.

You’ll join our 4-person Product Automation team and become fully integrated into Swan’s Product team. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders within those teams as well as in Operations, Risk, and Data teams.

You are a student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program and are seeking a 6-month internship.
You have a passion for analytics as well as processes and can communicate effectively within the team.

You show an interest in the fintech environment.
You have professional proficiency in English.
Experience or interest in working with AI is a plus.
