Engineer by trade, and entrepreneur at heart, Rodolphe is the co-founder and CEO of Spendesk. After graduating from engineering school in 2007, Rodolphe created his first tech start-up: Wozaïk, a quote request platform, which was acquired by Solocal in 2013. He then joined the private car rental platform Drivy (now Getaround) as Chief Operating Officer in 2014. It was there that the idea of Spendesk was born. One year later, he joined startup studio eFounders, to bring the idea of Spendesk to life in 2015… and the rest is history!.

Stephanie joined Spendesk in 2019 to lead the Marketing team, which she has built from 2 to 35 people today. As Head of Marketing, she leads a team of brand and growth builders who are responsible for crafting the Spendesk story, driving pipeline generation, and increasing product adoption. Today that includes demand gen, web, field marketing, product marketing, community, content, PR, and brand design. Stephanie is driven by working with passionate people who work hard, have fun, and are equally driven to make an impact.

Lise joined Spendesk as the 10th employee and one of the first Customer Success Managers, responsible for a portfolio of the 200 very first customers, from onboarding to education and expansion. Her strong knowledge of customer needs and pain points, led her to her current role as Senior Product Manager. Lise works to define the scope of the Spendesk product and is responsible for prioritizing and building a roadmap for her product squad.

Felix grew up in Hong Kong and earned his degree in Physics at ETH Zurich. He joined Spendesk in 2019 as employee #100, and is currently the tech lead of the ‘spending flows’ squad which focuses on integrating the Spendesk app with banking providers to give users the ability to pay easily.

Born in Mexico City, Rafael studied law in the US and France, before earning his management master’s degree at Paris Dauphine University and working for global companies like Evercore, Shell, Alilanz, and Younited. In 2020, he joined Spendesk as a Senior Customer Success Manager to help fast-scaling companies achieve their objectives through Spendesk. When he’s not working Rafael is a foodie looking for the trendiest places to discover.

Born in Normandy, Adeline has spent more than 10 years working for tech companies Dublin & San Francisco.. She started her sales career at Oracle & worked for start-ups where she developed a passion for Sales Development. She joined Spendesk in 2019 as a Head of Business Development for France to help scale the sales team and create a sales academy. Her team’s mission is to evangelize Spend Management & develop new markets. Her mantra: The questions you ask are more important than the things you could ever say.

Born in Marseille, Mathilde left her sunny hometown to study in Lyon and Liverpool. After several internships in the Marketing field, Mathilde came back to France with a clear objective in mind : pursue a career in sales. Et voila…she joined Spendesk as a business developer in 2021. When she’s not helping companies spend smarter, Mathilde puts her dynamism to work for the Secours Populaire, where she has volunteered for more than 10 years.
