Context

Spendesk is a leading European Fintech company revolutionizing spend management for modern businesses. As we continue to scale across Europe, our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent to fuel our growth.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations & Projects Intern to join our TA team for 6 months. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of recruitment operations, data analytics, event management, and emerging AI technologies.

This is NOT a recruiting role – you won't be sourcing candidates or conducting interviews. Instead, you'll be the operational backbone of our TA team, helping us scale our processes, optimize our reporting, and leverage cutting-edge tools to work smarter.

You'll work closely with the Lead TA and the full recruitment team, gaining hands-on experience in people operations, project management, and AI implementation in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. TA Reporting & Data Analytics (40%)

  • Improve and maintain recruitment dashboards tracking key metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, etc.)

  • Improve and automate recurring reports for internal stakeholders (weekly/monthly/quarterly TA performance)

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement

  • Improve and scale TA rituals such as weekly pipeline reviews, monthly performance check-ins, and quarterly planning sessions

  • Ensure data quality in our ATS (TeamTailor) and maintain accurate recruitment documentation

2. Recruitment Events & Employer Branding (35%)

  • Run the 2026 recruitment events roadmap from planning to execution

  • Manage event subscriptions (career fairs, university partnerships, industry meetups, conferences)

  • Coordinate logistics for all TA events: booth setup, materials, team scheduling, travel arrangements

  • Work on event content: prepare pitch decks, role descriptions, company presentations, and branded materials

  • Track event ROI and provide post-event analysis (candidate pipeline generated, cost per hire, etc.)

  • Support employer branding initiatives on social media and recruitment marketing channels

3. AI & Automation Projects (25%)

  • Research and implement AI agents to support TA activities (e.g., candidate screening automation, interview scheduling bots, chatbot for FAQs)

  • Test and optimize AI tools such as generative AI for job description writing, candidate matching algorithms, or automated outreach

  • Document AI workflows and create training materials for the TA team

  • Monitor AI agent performance and iterate based on feedback and results

  • Stay up-to-date on emerging recruitment technologies and recommend new tools

Profile

Must-Have

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Business School, HR, Data Analytics, or related field)

  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with data, Excel/Google Sheets, and building dashboards

  • Project management mindset: ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay organized

  • Fluency in French and in English

  • Tech-savvy: curious about AI, automation, and new tools; quick learner with digital platforms

  • Attention to detail: precision matters when handling data and coordinating events

  • Proactive and autonomous: able to take ownership of projects with minimal supervision

Nice-to-Have

  • Previous internship experience in HR, operations, consulting, or project management

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, etc.)

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, etc.)

  • Knowledge of AI/automation tools (Dust, GPT-based agents, etc.)

  • Interest in recruitment marketing and employer branding

  • Experience organizing events or managing logistics

Personality Traits We Value

  • Curious and innovative: loves experimenting with new tools and finding better ways to work

  • Collaborative team player: comfortable working cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners

  • Solution-oriented: sees challenges as opportunities to improve processes

  • Adaptable: thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing scale-up environment

  • Passionate about people about people operations: genuinely interested in making the recruitment experience better for everyone

What You'll Gain

  • Real impact: your projects will directly influence how we hire and scale the company

  • Diverse skill set: gain experience in data analytics, event management, AI implementation, and recruitment operations

  • Visibility: work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams across the organization

  • Cutting-edge experience: hands-on work with emerging AI technologies in the HR space

  • Scale-up culture: join a dynamic, international team in a high-growth Fintech environment

Practical Details

  • Duration: 6 months internship

  • Start date: Flexible

  • Location: Paris office or Barcelona office

  • Internship compensation: Competitive stipend in line with market standards

  • Internship agreement: Required (convention de stage)

As we are an international team, please submit your application and CV in English.
