Talent are asset #1 at Spendesk and your role is to make sure to attract the best talent for our organization, we are hiring in both the business recruiting team and technical recruiting team. The position reports to the head of talent acquisition and will form part of a rapidly growing team whose objective is to hire over 200 in the coming 18 months.

This is a great opportunity for a strategic, result-oriented and analytical professional to participate in an exciting, rapidly growing global business.

What will you do ?

  • Manage day to day, full recruiting cycle (direct responsibility to manage simultaneously 8-10 open positions) as well as focusing on long term talent attraction strategy with your client group
  • Develop an outbound acquisition pipeline and hunt for the best talent
  • Lead building and communication of Spendesk employer brand internally and externally to attract the best candidates
  • Drive the recruiting process transformation
  • Be a true culture cheerleader to spread internally and externally Spendesk culture

Requisitos

What are we looking for ?

  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
  • Either extensive engineering or sales recruitment experience, you will be a business partner to those functions on all topics related to hiring.
  • Experience advising and influencing C-level teams, preferably in a fast-paced high growth start-up environment
  • Willingness to be hands-on and get things done
  • Demonstrated experience in effective talent acquisition in a fast-growing company
  • Experience implementing recruitment process change
  • Interest and experience in use of technology for sourcing and engagement
  • Strong ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence.
  • High emotional intelligence with strong problem-resolution skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team in fast-paced environment
  • Strong ambition to have a strong impact in your work environment
