As an AI & Sales Operations Engineer VIE, you will build the next generation of AI tools that matter for more than 900 people. This is your chance to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI, Data Engineering, and business impact, collaborating directly with Data Analysts, Engineers, and C-levels across France, Spain, and Italy from our office in Barcelona.

Your missions :

1. The AI Laboratory (Speech-to-Insights & RAG)

• AI Call Intelligence: Support Data Engineers to monitor and optimize our AI pipeline for call transcription. You’ll be responsible for model performance, running A/B tests, analyzing confusion matrices, and mastering meta-prompting to extract gold from thousands of daily conversations.

• Next-Gen Knowledge: Support Solution Architects and Sales Ops to build and deploy the "papernest Brain." You will use Agentic AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Vector Databases (Vertex AI, Gemini, Claude) to create innovative interfaces (chatbot, advanced search interfaces, etc) that give “superpowers” to our sales team.

• High impact analytics: Support Data Analysts and Ops to transform raw data and AI output into actionable insights though tables, dashboards and sheets to drive profitability and efficiency.

2. Data Engineering & Provider Orchestration

• Automated Data Pipelines: Support Sales Ops and Data Engineers on the end-to-end data pipeline for third-party providers. You’ll handle the injection and contract tracking from initiation to invoicing using SQL, YAML, and Python

• System Reliability: Ensure our data is bulletproof. You’ll set up alerting systems and provide technical support for data incidents to keep the machine running 24/7

3. Lean Automation & "Vibe-Coding"

• The Modern Stack: Build scalable automations using a mix of no-code tools (APIs, Salesforce Flow, Make, Zapier, Xano, Supabase, Weweb…)

• Rapid Prototyping: We value speed and intuition. Use AI-assisted coding to prototype and deploy internal tools at lightning speed to simplify life for our Ops teams
  

About you :

• Background: Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.

• AI Enthusiast & Tech Stack: Comfortable with SQL, Python, APIs, and eager to learn and practice with the Generative AI ecosystem (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector DBs, Agentic AI, “vibe-coding”).

• Analytical & Lean mindset: Creative problem-solving approach, listen to and rationalize issues, find pragmatic solutions.

• Ownership: Autonomy, pro-activity, ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.

• Enthusiastic: Team player, positive attitude and communication.

• Languages: Fluent in English. French or Spanish is a big plus.

• Eligibility: You are eligible for the VIE program (European citizen, under 28 years old).
