Dedale Team
Your Opportunity:
Dedale is entering a new chapter of growth, and talent is how we get there.
We’re looking for a sharp, driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Tra (Head of HR - direct manager) and Iryna (Talent Acquisition Specialist). Together, you’ll own how Dedale hires, with a shared target of ~40 people across all departments in Paris in 2026. This isn’t a coordination role. We need someone who hunts, who challenges, who builds, and who genuinely cares about the candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.
Your Responsibility:
Global Talent Acquisition (80%)
Run the full recruitment cycle autonomously: from manager briefing to offer, across all seniority levels and business areas (e.g. Research & Investment team, sales, Customer Success, Tech, etc…)
Source proactively and creatively in a competitive talent market: multi-channel outreach, targeted headhunting, and building long-term talent pipelines.
Be a true partner to Hiring Managers: brief them, challenge their assumptions, train them, and keep them also accountable for a great candidate experience.
Define and deploy the recruitment practices that actually make a difference (process design, scorecards, structured interviews, and tooling)
Own and grow Dedale’s employer brand: Welcome to the Jungle, LinkedIn, events, content. Make people want to work here !
Master Ashby, our ATS, and Welcome to the Jungle, to keep the pipeline clean, the data reliable, and the process scalable.
Strategic projects (20%)
What’s in it for you ?
High autonomy and direct impact from day one
A collaborative, intellectually stimulating and international environment (23 nationalities in our Paris office)
A clear career path developed together with you
Flexible working arrangements
Your Qualifications:
This job is made for you if:
You have 3-4 years of recruitment experience, in-house or in a search firm (or you’ve seen both sides of the table)
You are comfortable in startup/scale-up or finance-adjacent environments (fast pace, shifting priorities, high expectations)
You are a genuine headhunter: outbound is your default. You know how to find people who aren’t looking.
You have managed 30+ requisitions per year, independently, across diverse profiles.
As confident convincing a passive candidate as you are pushing back on an unrealistic hiring brief.
You are reliable by default: candidates always get a response, managers always get an update, the pipeline is always clean.
You have experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS.
You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
How to apply?
Please send your CV in English. We use English as a working language at Dedale.
