Reporting to the CMO, your role is to design, lead and operate our events calendar for prospects, customers and partners. You will also be in charge of reinforcing our relationship with these 3 communities through a various set of tactics. You will partner with experts of other fields (digital, content, growth, ops) to make a strong impact on our demand generation, retention and awareness strategy. 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES :

Events Management (Tradeshows, In Person, Owned, Online) 

1- Before the event 

  • Brainstorm and implement event plans and concepts accordingly to the global lead gen and awareness machine. 

  • Handle budget and invoices. 

  • Negotiate with vendors & partners when needed. 

  • Manage the venue (owned or 3rd party) and communicate internally with Sales and Customer Success to have a smooth end to end process 

  • Support the content creation process (prep calls etc.) 

2- During the event 

  • Deal with logistics constraints and requirements 

  • Support speakers 

  • Occasionnally animate the event 

3- After the event 

  • Build a consistent reporting system integrating the impact on the sales cycle (with the support of our Sales Ops Manager) 

Type of Events 

  • Online (6/8 a year) 

  • Tradeshows (3/4 a year) 

  • Owned (3/6 a year incl. Partners & customer specific user clubs etc.) 

  • Others when needed 

Community Management (Social Media, Events) 

  • Lead our social media animation strategy (linkedin, x, facebook, instagram, other when time comes), hand in hand with our content marketing manager 

  • Build a strong community of customers/partners with dedicated activities when it makes sense


Requisitos

  • Successful experience in fast changing BtoB SaaS environment 

  • Previous experience in field/event marketing preferable (even through internships) 

  • Familiar with most BtoB Social Media tools 

  • Strong softskills in people relationship management 

  • Passion for event management, hands-on and creative 

  • Comfortable with multi tasking 

  • Business english preferable (fluent a plus) 

  • Experience with Hubspot a plus
