Descripción del puesto

SkillCorner is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager with a focus on data analysis to develop working relationships and experiences for our customer base in Eastern Europe and Scandinavia through proactive data analysis and product support. Operating with a regional level of responsibility, you’ll be directly responsible for post-sales guidance and support, while working closely with sales leads to establish and upsell new products and services.

LOCATION
Remote; while we are flexible regarding the exact location and encourage remote work, the ideal location for this position would be in an Eastern European or Scandinavian country.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Online and in-person presentation of products, tools, educational material, analysis

  • Daily communication with business development (strategy, analysis & problem solving)

  • Department crossover communication (Analysis, Product, Business Dev.)

  • New/and or existing customer and product onboarding, education and training

  • Data integration within customer workflows using data analytics tools, templates, dashboards

  • Proactive & reactive support

  • Collect, organize and deliver customer feedback internally/externally

  • Assisting in creating training courses and educational materials


Requisitos

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent English is mandatory (Russian or other additional languages are a plus)

  • Passion for and deep knowledge of football

  • Knowledge of working with data and prior experience presenting analysis in a professional setting

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Proficient knowledge in Python, SQL

  • Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings, industry events and office visits in Paris

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working in a Football environment

  • Data analysis within scouting and recruitment

  • Knowledge of BigQuery and Streamlit

  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI)

  • ETL Basics
