In October, we launched our new offer for the high-end art market: Signature by SINGULART.

As an entrepreneur, I feel fortunate to be back at this stage of a project where every day brings a different challenge, and each week requires us to prioritize vary different tasks. We are committed to helping our Product Signature find its market and we're looking for someone willing to make it happen with us...with a focus on Customer Relationship and Sales Management.

Together with Sandra, we are spearheading Signature at the core of SINGULART, leveraging the support and expertise of our entire team. However, we take full responsibility for the success of this new offering.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial spirit to join us on this journey – someone eager to make a tangible impact every day, who dedicates their energy to making things happen, is self-motivated, and dreams big. We're looking for a team partner with a sales spirit.

On our part, we will help you make fast decisions in a constantly changing environment, and embrace the challenges of a digital offering that is being built. This position is opened to a Senior with a Private Banking Sales Profile, investing in building personal and long-term relationships with customers to activate them. All our prospects and clients are High-Net-Worth-Individuals. This position implies to participate to after-work events and in-meeting person, some travel when necessary.

As a Sales Manager your responsabilities will be: 

* Prospection: on LinkedIn, at events, all the team is creating opportunities to chase art lovers that match the persona of Signature

* Prospects Qualification: call/meetings to qualify high-potential Signature Applicants and create your portfolio of members

* Members Portfolio Management: building long-term relationship with a dedicated portfolio of members, gain their trust and know exactly what kind of art they are could be interested in to guide our sourcing and sales strategies. Organize events with partners to meet them in person.

* Private Sales facilitation: personal follow-up with the most qualified clients, to make sure that they connect to our weekly Sales, send them personal recommendations and curations.

* General strategy for scaling Signature and meet our members needs: as any member of Signature, we're building this offer together and feedback from your clients will be precious to iterate and meet our product market-fit.

Who are we looking for?

  • Great Interpersonal Skills and Interpersonal Sales Techniques. You worked in BtoB Sales, BtoC with long cycles, Art Sales or Private Banking Relations, that requiere to build strong relationship with a portfolio.
  • Experience with Luxury / High-Net-Worth Individuals in the US. You know how to please people that have enough money to buy everything that they want. We're looking for a senior profile (min 5 years of Sales experience).
  • Empathetic personality and Extravert, you take your energy in meeting people and finding the best offer for them. We can already feel your energy over the phone or in your writing!
  • Self-driven, you like to evolve in a challenging environment and over-achieve your targets. You are organized to meet your goals on the long-term.
  • Someone willing to relocate to Paris
