We are an innovative and fast-paced startup, looking for an HR Operations & Recruitment Apprentice who thrives in a dynamic environment where adaptability and change are part of daily operations. Our company fosters an international, collaborative, and vibrant culture. This alternance will give you the opportunity to develop your skills on HR Administration Management & Talent & Acquisition. You will be handling hiring processes, international employees (over 20 nationalities), interns, CDD and CDI contracts.

Job description

Your Role & Responsibilities:

You will develop your skills in the following areas:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

    • Assist our Managers on their recruitment needs.

    • Do job postings, CV screening and fit interviews.

  • HR Admin:

    • You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Finance & HR on developing your HR Administration skills.

    • Learn how to manage onboarding and offboarding processes and Visa related processes for our international employees.

  • Office & Space Management:

    • Coordinate office-related matters in collaboration with our partner companies.

    • Assist in managing the communal workspaces to ensure a productive and welcoming environment.

  • Culture & Employee Engagement:

    • Assist in shaping and strengthening a dynamic, inclusive, and international startup culture.

    • Assist in the implementation of initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.

    • Help organize team-building activities and company events.

Requisitos

  • Bac +3 minimum

Fluency in French and English is a must. Additional languages are an advantage.
