Shotgun is a ticketing platform dedicated to live music events. Our mission is to build the infrastructure that allows live music to thrive.
We provide powerful tools to sell tickets, build strong brands, and connect with fans in meaningful ways. From 2020 to 2024, Shotgun grew rapidly: GMV increased by 20x, revenue by 30x, and the company reached profitability.
Today, we support 20,000+ clients and engage 6 million+ users across Europe, the US, and LATAM.
The Team
In the past seven years, Shotgun has raised €10M from Newfund, Venrex, OneRagTime, Creator Collective, and BPI Culture Fund.
We are a lean, dynamic team of 90 people with offices in Paris, Marseille, Miami, São Paulo and Lisbon. Our culture thrives on passion, commitment, ownership, and humility.

The Product team has 25 people organized into three “impact” squads, each with a clear business objective:
- Fans Squad: Enhancing user engagement on our platforms
- Sales Engine Squad: Helping organizers be more successful
- Artists Squad: Creating new synergies and business models by integrating artists into the ticketing ecosystem

What You’ll Do
- Work closely with founders, C-level leadership, and Product Managers to turn the company vision and strategy into an actionable Product Strategy.
- Maximize Product team impact by driving progress on long-term strategy while challenging both strategic and tactical decisions
- Scale a product org from 25 → 40+ people while keeping quality and velocity high
- Manage and support a multidisciplinary team of Product Managers, Product Designers, and Product Marketing Managers
- Balance different types of product work to enable scale and expansion
- Partner with other teams to strengthen collaboration between Product and stakeholders
