Within the Product team and reporting to the Lead Product, you will design the evolutions of the experience and interfaces of the Shopmium application (mobile + Web), in order to improve the experience of our users day after day! You’ll be based in Paris and asked to come to the office at least 2 days per week.

Your missions:

• Work closely with Product Managers to identify the issues and needs of our users through a UX approach (user interviews, surveys, personas, experience map…)
• Conduct ideation and co-creation workshops: Design Thinking approach, Design Sprint…
• Prototype ideas and test them to gather feedback
• UI Design: design mobile and desktop interfaces, from the wireframe to the high definition model, design animations and interactions
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide our design choices
• Work with Front-end developers to ensure proper integration of the mock-ups
• Conduct A/B tests with Product Managers and Developers to identify the best performing interface
• Use and enrich Shopmium’s design system

• 3/5 years of experience
• You have a passion for Figma ;o)
• You master the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign), you use Zeplin
• You like prototyping
• You have developed several features/products, from discovery to delivery
• You are curious and passionate, you constantly observe the evolution of the market, the design trends, the technological innovations
• You like to work in a team, in an agile way and to be challenged
• You are fluent in French and have a good level of English (part of the team is English-speaking)
