    We’ve been engaging millions of users in France and the UK with the savings and incentives to try new products as part of their supermarket shop. Our advertisers are all household names, like Unilever, Kellogg’s, Nestle & General Mills and we are passionate about helping these brands connect, engage and activate consumers through mobile to influence sales in-store.

    We are looking for a smart & ambitious individual to join our UK team and help us build our consumer profile and brand.

    ROLE
    As a key member of the UK team, you’ll be based in our office in Borough, reporting to the UK Marketing Manager. You’ll also work closely with colleagues in France and Belgium, where Shopmium is also live.

    For the UK, you’ll take responsibility for:

    CRM Marketing
    Working closely with the Client Success team, you’ll define and implement a weekly marketing plan in line with the business goals & needs (e.g. run daily and weekly outbound communication campaigns to users, through push, IAM and email marketing). You’ll also devise and setup new CRM initiatives that can improve user retention & activation.

    Community Management & Retention
    You’ll manage Shopmium’s Social Media (Facebook, Instagram) daily. You’ll review and continually shape our communication strategy across these platforms, to implement a plan that continues to grow our community size and reach. Advanced copywriting skills and knowledge of marketing techniques related to these platforms is essential. Experience in Paid Social is also a plus.

    Digital Marketing
    You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement omnichannel marketing initiatives and shape the UK Marketing Strategy. For this role you must be a passionate marketer with a strategical mindset that’s on top of new digital marketing trends.

    Remuneration: Competitive Salary (experience dependent) + 10% Annual Bonus

    Preferred experience

    • Previous experience in CRM (preferred)
    • Passion for Social Media
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
    • French is a plus
