Main mission - European level

• Manager of the Network Team, the European Network Manager is in charge to maintain and deploy the global Sewan’s Network infrastructures (Sewan and Legacy).
• He has the responsibility to ensure the rationalization, the capacity planning, and the deployment of all the new platforms.
• He delivers a European vision and the respect of the best practices for all countries.
• He identify and contribute to process improvements within the Network team.

Statement mission

Professional profile : 

• Strong management experience
• Fluent written/spoken in English.
• At least 5 years network engineer experience
• A detailed, working, and theoretical knowledge of IP backbones of ISP and carrier operators, and more particularly the technologies of routing, switching, QoS management.

Management component : 

• Define European Operation strategy and organization
• Leading organizational meetings
• Management of the team's schedules and projects
• Definition and follow-up of individual objectives
• Interactions with different departments of the company in different country as project managers, purchasing, legal sales and pre-sales, and support team…
• Lead infrastructure evolution and consolidation projects
• Work on automation Definition
• Technological monitoring and documentation of solutions and tools implemented
• Maintenance of the internal information system
• Management of interventions and escalations with our suppliers
• Reporting and capacity planning
• Level 3 support
